The District Courts in Kolai Pallas (Kolai Palas) are relatively new, established following the district's creation. Because Kolai Pallas lacks a fully developed judicial complex, its primary District and Sessions courts are operationally tied to and temporarily located in the neighboring town of Besham (District Shangla).
